Honestly even CR might be dubious though it could be the best source available. I’ve had an ICE car in two different states and the first dealership experience was awful and the second one was like night and day better. Same car, same brand

Last time I bought my Audi it was pretty painless. Negotiated price online, went in to test drive it, then just did the paperwork and walked out. Took more than 10 minutes but no annoyances. Obviously YMMV with dealers and most tend to suck, but I personally can’t buy a car without test driving the exact model I’m hoping to buy.

I hope you mean a parking garage for #2, and not your own garage
