Brighton are just Brentford but a few years ahead. If anything Brentford have done a lot better than Brighton did when they first came up
West Ham finished like 14th last year, behind 5 other London clubs. Bit of a stretch

Both have an eerily similar dribbling style, I remember when Doku was coming on as a sub in the Euros and being amazed that there was another player like this. Imagine both of them in the same side? Would be so exciting to watch
He saw how much Saint Max rinsed them last year and clocked it’s the way forwards
Gordon cooked Trent harder already this season
Joelinton lol he’s just bigger and tougher than any of your lot doesn’t mean he’s dirty
Joelinton isn’t dirty he just get’s around a lot and is massive
Newcastle are a CL club this makes no sense
Varane was already washed I’ve been saying it from day one
It’s bad recruitment and then bad coaching to compound it
Yeah I don’t get that either. They were clearly taking the piss with FFP during covid, if anything they should be thanking the PL for deducting the points this season instead of last
Why the fuck are you lumping Newcastle in with this? Absolute zero evidence or even suggestion that they’ve broken any rules
Hello fellow Premier League product enjoyer
Are you aware of the only group who held the power to block state takeovers of clubs or veto dodgy sponsorships?
Are you also aware of who the 5 clubs are that forced a breakaway from the Football League to create the Premier League so that they could profit over anything else?
We’re all in r/PremierLeague… remind me again which organisation has the sole power to veto sponsorships or block takeovers?
Yet the fans who actually have no power to do anything just give them a pass and instead point fingers at each other and use horrific human rights abuses purely for the purpose of petty points scoring in football rivalries. While continuing to lap up the product from the group actually profiting from all of this.
Maybe if we aimed all started aiming our content at the Premier League they might have to start thinking twice about letting any old dodgy money into the sport.
This sub is r/PremierLeague… who do you think allowed the Newcastle and Man City takeovers to go through? Who were the only group with any actual power to stop it from happening? Who has the sole power to veto Arsenal being sponsored by Rwanda?
Yet we’re all still here…
Yup seems obvious to me but I’m sitting here on like -100 for giving my opinion and reasoning, pretty funny
Half the biggest clubs in Europe were founded by posh English lads abroad who wanted a kickabout when cricket season was over
Atletico started as a branch of Athletic (English name) Bilbao which was founded by British workers and Basque students studying in England
Football’s kind of our thing so it’s a bit of a cheek to complain we’re doing it better than everyone else, consider it a gift and be grateful!
Everyone does that at West Ham as the tickets are so easy to get
Mourinho for me, only time I was worried about them actually sorting their shit out
I still think the primary intent of these fuel states when they buy clubs is actually to just make money and diversify their assets a bit, the sportswashing thing is really overblown in my opinion.
If cleaning their image was all they cared about they’d be buying the biggest clubs in the world and not buying ‘cheap’ clubs like Man City and Newcastle and turning them into profitable machines (too early to say with Newcastle but that’s the route they’re heading at the moment)
That’s 2 keepers, both Arsenal have since deemed not good enough and 3 players who I’ve seen far more criticisms than praise in their last seasons from Arsenal fans
Ramsdale apparently was just 6 months ago haha
I’d take any replies from Arsenal fans with a pinch of salt
