This shows how unfair the world of football is, Everton are a poor smaller club so the FA can punch down on them as they please. Whereas the top clubs are given special treatment and allowed to bend the rules, can hire the best lawyers and being state owned gives them unlimited power

Vacate all titles won during offending years and points deduction/relegation depending on severity.

City should be dropped to league one at minimum. I think chelsea is a bit different because they have a new owner now but they should also be facing a serious points deduction

How Newcastle United who have followed all the rules get brought into this is just funny, as it’s so stupid.

Your forgetting city and Newcastle now have FAR more money than the authorities. No chance any governing body has pockets to punish them, like any other corporate law suit really the winner is the one who can drain the opponent

I kinda don’t get this. Man United breach ffp and they got fined like 250k. Everton did the same and they got the point deducted. Why is it different?

No real evidence against FFP rules re: Newcastle yet…oligarch/state/oil money by itself ain’t a violation until charges get filed. Re: Chelsea, I’d say anywhere from 11-20 points should be assessed, while City needs to be forcibly relegated, fuck what the bookies and the sheiks think.

Football fans just band together and demand the harshest possible punishment for City. If City only get deducted 30 points after cheating for a DECADE then it will still be worth it to them. Cheat for a decade and win 6 titles but then 1 year you miss out on CL? So worth it.

Newcastle havent yet broken FFP rules while for us with the spending so far due to giving out a contract that lasts eternity loophole is being used so as of now we havent broken FFP but we are very close to doing it. No european football this season and by the way we are playing atm we wont have one another season too so a FFP breach is prolly right around the corner but city atm should be at the most problem considering 115 allegations if 1 breach is 10 points and city get convicted for even half of there allegations (which they will if the prosecutors arent in bed with dubai money) big problems. 2 seasons later at most and then chelsea will also be in problem if things dont improve

Are the lawyers that expensive that City can afford them and Everton can’t?

They can afford a premier league wage bill but can’t afford to pay for a good lawyer?

Any other sports cheaters are banned. Stripped of Medals, accolades and trophies. What’s the difference? Surely if it was an individual player cheating they would be punished. But if the club is cheating, depending on which club it is they get away with it? Farcical nonsense
