GDP is not the only factor. They are joint 7th worst for income inequality. Most people are poor, and all the money is at the top.
Only Belgium and the Netherlands have the same or worse income inequality and higher GDP.
In any case, I’d say 31st qualifies “one of the richest”. It’s richer than 85% of countries.
I’m interested to see it. Red cards can make games extremely boring. Sometimes it feels like too harsh a punishment, especially if the red was for 2 yellows, and one was for something trivial like kicking the ball away. Of course, you’re stupid to do anything which can get you sent off when you’re already on a yellow, but 10 mins with 10 men should be a strong deterrent without necessarily defining the whole game.
