pads and rotors at the minimum…calipers along with them worst case. your shop can inspect it and tell you more.
why are you going to the dealer?
$7000 for one ball joint and one axel? something isn’t right. what exactly does their estimate say?
what exactly does their paperwork say? does it say part only or does it say parts and labor?

it’s 1.4 hours to change the radiator…the radiator is maybe 2-300$ as a guess
not even $500 at a decent shop.
find another shop
why are you going to the dealer? that’s probably the most expensive place to take it. find some good local shops and get a second opinion
on what kind of vehicle with what kind of brakes??
and what kind of "inspection "?
