Had my car on an inspection yesterady and it failed because of the following: Not sufficent braking performance on left rear wheel. Does anyone know what the issue might be?

  Sorry CRV 2007 with disc and pads. Its a mandatory vehicle stafett inspection. You have those every 2 years in europe
