I was talking to my mother in law at thanksgiving. She’s from a tiny town in Kansas. I looked on PlugShare and see nine different charging stations within five miles of me here near Los Angeles. I saw zero in the entire town of El Dorado.

I can see the issue.

Even if the EV battery is dead, your mom can go to a company who will refresh the battery for way less than replacement.

While Alex is admittedly biased, this video shows how the fallacy of EVs polluting more than ICE cars just is not true.

I love the look of the EV6. It was on my short long for an EV. Unfortunately, it was just too small and cramped for me. (I’m 6’4”.) The MY was much roomier. However the ride in the MY was horrible.

Well with any car, you historically lose 20% by driving it off the lot. With EV’s the loss is greater because the technology advances faster.

If you like the idea id.4 and don’t plan to sell, don’t worry.

Charge away! We did this last year when going to Mexico for a week. Left my car plugged in at the airport. I paid extra so didn’t feel guilty.
