  • Elneny has barely featured past two seasons, but when he has, he has not put a foot wrong. On what do you base him not being good enough? We haven’t got to see much of him past few years, but what we have seen has shown he has improved significantly into a quality player since Arteta arrived.

    In addition, he is massively respected by the other players and staff and on low wages (would be lower next year). What’s the harm in keeping him when there’s little chance we could improve upon him as a depth option for a decent price?
