I used to “hate” on the I8.

Meaning I didn’t talk shit about it, but I just thought it was kind of a poor attempt at a flex. Then they started showing up to the exotic rallies and I was having some good fun with others who owned one while we were cruising on the highway.

I would say this is a good move, definitely way better than a Tesla too lol.

Buy used and drive for bit. If you like it, keep it, if not, sell it.

I just don’t like them. Really can’t give you a solid answer as to why, other than not feeling like they are as dynamic as BMW.

I will say this (which may be factually incorrect), but the tie between BMW and Rolls Royce feels very, very noticeable in BMWs.

I’ve driven every modern Rolls except for a phantom, and aside from the super light steering, if I closed my eyes, you could convince me I’m in a BMW in certain models.

But in BMWs, I can put it in sport plus and suddenly be convinced I’m in a sport dedicated vehicle.

The RSQ8 for example does not have that effect on me. Again, this could be factually incorrect, but I’m really just sharing my personal preferences.

I have a Huracan, which is really my only owned “Audi”. However, I’ve driven a bunch of other Audis.

I just prefer BMW as a daily. The sport focused Audis don’t feel as dynamic to me.

Nothing Audi has released has really caught my eye, I think they look cool, but just never peaked my interest for some reason.

Could also be a firefighter’s personal vehicle.

When I was younger my car was rigged up, but I never screwed with anyone with it.
