Mine was cognac - totaled the car a week ago. Going to order the same again and cognac 1 more time. I had rear heated seats which aren’t an option with red. Also learned if you go vented front seats it’s black only.
Interesting. In my22 m340 I wanted Cognac+heated rears. Had to go black to keep heated rears.
Wife has a 20 x3 m40 with ventilated seats. They are horrible. I wouldn’t worry about missing out on those.

I have loved my (23 x3m40i) tacora red interior with my brooklyn grey exterior. It just pops and I’ve gotten compliments from every type of person. I am so disappointed I didn’t buy the blacked out wheels LOL. That’s a “soon” purchase for me.

Red is cool. I have black for the last 2 bmws and sort of regret not getting red with black exterior. Both of my cars have been white with black interior, it’s nice but also boring :/
Edit: if you do go for black interior I recommend choosing the blue contrast stitching, it stands out.
