Small club with a decade of bought success, at least Chelsea had some history before the Russian money came in. Repossess the stadium and make City an example of what happens to cheaters in football. Punish Chelsea harshly as well.

If City get found guilty it casts an enormous shadow over British sport as a whole, having the dominant team for a decade be financially doping. Inexcusable, and reforms from the top-down are needed, or I have a nasty feeling the corruption and cheating will infiltrate further into other sports.
