Yes, still do the oil changes. I have a 2003 Camry at 217k doing the same thing. I top it off and monitor the level closely (usually once a week) but I will still do a full drain at 5k max. I actually just did one and wasn’t totally sure how much oil would come out, but was pleasantly surprised there was a lot and it was FILTHY. Sometimes I like to keep it to 4k miles just depending on what my driving habits have been like and for peace of mind.

You be gentle and take care of it, and it’ll take care of you for a long, long time to come. Send that thing to 300k+!
You must do your oil changes and regular maintenance. If anything ever feels even a little bit off, I check it out myself and schedule service if necessary. Do not take it to the dealership or chain shops like jiffy lube.
A 2002-2006 Camry is pretty similar to 90s Camrys 😂
