Good deal actually, and it looks clean, you struck gold, just keep the maintenance good, 5k oil changes coolant brake fluid and transmission fluid and it’ll last forever
Do you guys like go up north for these??? Here in Texas that’s worth like $6k (according to some people).
My dad’s was a 1994 and it made it to 330k miles. Keep up with regular maintenance and you’ll get there.
Those 2000s are epic, beautiful car for a great price
That’s BEAUTIFUL. I’m so happy for you OP. I’m a proud 2003 owner and these things are fucking tanks. I got mine at 172k, great condition, no issues-like yours, and am still totally good today. You be gentle and take care of it, and it’ll take care of you for a long, long time to come. Send that thing to 300k+!
You must do your oil changes and regular maintenance. If anything ever feels even a little bit off, I check it out myself and schedule service if necessary. Do not take it to the dealership or chain shops like jiffy lube.
That thing is clean. Keep up with routine stuff. My 98 with 225k is starting to be hard to keep up with: oil leaks (oil pan), struts, sway bars, brakes, cv boots, spark plugs. I’ve done all the door handles, seat belts (they stop retracting), a few gaskets, hoses and radiator, but I don’t know if I’ll keep going. It starts to add up if you let things go.
Congrats!
Love the green
Congratulations on the score
you’re lucky, that’s a steal of a deal right now
That’s a beauty! I bought my 2001 Camry two years ago with 140k and it’s done beautifully since. They’re troopers!
Had a 99, drove it for over 300k. It was totaled… ran flawlessly until the end.
That’s a killler deal. 5k mile oil changes with full synthetic and 60k tranny fluid changes (NO flush) along with all the other fluids and other wear items like spark plugs and she will run to 300k no problem
That is a good deal. You got cool wheels and it looks like a XLE or SE verstion. Nicely done. Give it a lot of oil changes and call it a day.
It’s a 4 cylinder LE
Gentle with the exterior door handles, replace the timing belt. Stay on top of those oil changes, religiously.
super glue does not hold those handles on well in the cold. i speak from experience
