According to this source: https://scicentric.org/human-wattage-generation-efficiency apparently at rest our bodies generate about 100W, and during activity it can increase to 200W or even 2000W in extreme cases. That’s the whole body, not just the brain, though IMO the relevant one is how much it takes to run the full meat suit, not just the firmware.
