Regardless of whether it’s pork blood or person blood, it’s still blood.
The red stuff in raw meat from a grocery store isn’t blood, it’s myoglobin.
Myoglobin is not blood. A pig is exsanguinated after butchering. Otherwise the meat would rot very quickly.
I’m pretty sure it’s BBQ sauce.
That’s assuming it’s not cooked and wasn’t handled properly when butchered.
