rog has mode power but the deck has better controls, so if you plan to play lots of shooters in handheld I suggest the deck. if you plan to play more relaxed or singleplayer games, or if you want to play mostly docked, go rog

can’t you just use the deck as a controller while docked?

the deck is bigger because it has more control options, without trackpads (which are the reason why I have a deck) it could be much, much smaller, but what would be the point, ps-vita was a lot of time ago and I think we may move on and introduce better controls.

I think a lot of people is getting carried away by placebo, I can say I probably saw better framerate in Planetside 2 but it’s hard to say because of hard to replicate scenarios as in most mmos

I cant get 40 fps in this game with a full team of players without going low on the graphics

do you use cryoutilities?

need more testing but right now I didn’t see any improvement in monster hunter world, chivalry, elden ring. maybe in planetside 2 and in guildwars, but it’s hard to test those games because you always get different stuff going on.
