Look at the state of our “fans” rejoicing over a blatant bad call rather than being outraged that such bad calls are being made. When we get another bad one against us watch how these same “fans” cry for another month.

Martinelli has to work on his crossing, that’s the main difference between him and Saka right now. He can get past his defender with ease but his crosses are always too wild whereas Saka has at least 3-4 perfect dinks per game.

I think the issue is that he has the number 14 and fans act like he is some incredible young talent who needs time to develop.

I think Toney is exactly who we need, We just need a big body up front that can finish and has good hold up play tbh. Look at the last couple of games and the amount of crosses/ over the top balls that either sailed over 5’8 players or werent attacked properly. Havertz would be great if he was more clinical and aggresive but over the course of the season and in his chelsea tenure we can see thats not his main skill set.
Osimehn while much better wouldnt fill that niche, we have an unlimited amount of creativity but no clear finisher. Watching Osimehn in Serie A he thrives off of open spaces which we do not get as much due to the low block we face week in week out. I said the exact same thing and was downvoted into oblivion with people saying I said Osimhen would flop. Realistically we cant afford him due to our transfer budget and FFP. Also most people who say get him dont watch him play in Serie A, I personally believe a Toney would be a better option with the added benefit of having PL experience. Osihmen would be an upgrade to Jesus but we dont need another player with that style of play we need a clinical finisher, 1 touch 1 goal type of player.

With his lack if concentration, frequently messing up at the end of season, lack of playing out from the back and a dad that cant keep his mouth shut its no wonder why we opted for a new goalkeeper
