Storage swap will work. They will also download to the new deck faster if you have both connected to the same network (and still have the games installed on the old one)

Don’t know why, but yes, it’s not as bad on a small screen. I can not play 30fps on a monitor or tv. On my switch and deck, though, it’s perfectly fine (fine, not great).
