I feel like Jorginho is the first choice 6 for the time being.

Varane and Casemiro are past their best years anyway, Man Utd should move on from them.
Don’t think a transfer will ever beat Mustafi as the worst ever for Arsenal.
Just saw that Young Boys player asking Haaland for his shirt at half time and it reminded me of when Andre Santos did it to Van Persie, now I’m pissed off for the rest of the day.
Kuluevski and Sarr are good players though
I think they’re guaranteed top 4 but I’d still put my money on City over anyone. Just goes to show Conte was a fraud really.
He plays best when he has other passers/playmakers in the team. He’s suffered from losing Xhaka and Partey being injured all the time.
All the Toney and Neto shouts when the season just started. The way people talk about transfers is perverse they’re obsessed with it.
Said watching people slowly turn on Odegaard.
I hate to say it but I think it was more to do with Saka being stinky rather than Cucurella being so great. He was good don’t get me wrong but Saka made it easy for him.
When I was saying this in the summer all I got was disagreement and downvotes lol
I think Partey makes everyone around him better tbf like Zinchenko and Odegaard too. When he’s on form of course.
Van Persie had a weird body either those extra long arms and his bow legs. I’m not surprised he got injured a lot, Wilshere was another one with a weird body structure.
This sub went got it wrong twice with the Tierney starting left back predictions and now the rotating goalkeepers myth.
I haven’t read the article so this might be irrelevant, but this narrative is funny because lots of players come in and out of youth academies it’s not that big of a deal.
Chelsea would just hog every talented kid in and around London when they had all that Russian money flowing. Not surprised lots of talented players went through their academy.
Come on we’ve had tons of players like that at Arsenal over the years let’s not be disingenuous.
It was obvious to me when he started picking Tomiyasu over him at LB even though Tomi is predominantly a RB/CB.
Yeah you put it perfectly. Really it’s more about what people want to believe rather than the reality of it.
It’s interesting though because you can sort of gather hints from his decisions. For example dropping Gabriel and putting Ben White in CB earlier in the season makes me think White is higher in the pecking order but in my eyes Gabriel is the better CB so I disagree with Arteta where I think a lot of people don’t want to openly disagree with him.
I remember at the start of the season lots of people here kept shoehorning Tierney into their starting 11 even though it was obvious Arteta didn’t fancy him. People would downvote and argue against me when I said this.
Was it just because he was popular people were doing this or did they actually believe he was gonna be starter for Arteta?
Man Utd is basically Saudi Arabia/MLS/China of the Premier League. Just go there for a huge retirement contract.
