I’m sorry you’re experiencing this. Since you said you’ve googled it I’ll assume you’ve already tried to enable developer mode and turn off wifi power management. What happened when you did that?
It sounds like it may be a faulty chip, in which case yeah - I’d either replace or refund it. I can assure you that this isn’t a super common occurrence, though, so I’d suggest replacing it unless you’ve decided that you’re over it (which would be understandable - it must be frustrating).
Do you absolutely have to have it setup such that there’s a shortcut for it on Moonlight? Because Xbox stuff on Windows is very particular, and doesn’t like other stuff hooking into it.
I’ve found that the easiest course of action for Game Pass games is to just add Windows Remote Desktop (c:/windows/system32/mstsc.exe) as a shortcut in GeForce Experience, and have any Game Pass games set as a shortcut on my desktop. From then I can simply click whichever one I want.
