Nope. Wireless charging is too inefficient for me. On a cell phone or a tablet it’s not the end of the world, but on an EV charging at 6-7kWh, it’s a huge waste of energy.

The Japanese companies don’t want to go EV. Not sure why, but they don’t.
Chinese and Korean Companies are all in. German companies are heading that direction.
US companies are mixed. Obviously we have Tesla, Rivian, and Lucid being all EV, but companies like Ford and GM are struggling with the changeover. I think GM and Ford struggle more because of their company culture and structure than anything else. Both GM and Ford have made some very bullish claims about EVs and their intention to prioritize it. They just don’t seem able to get it all together, but that’s not exactly something new for either company. Both are well known for being a bit of a mess with lots of unnecessary bureaucracy.
The problem with the current situation is both sides decided to walk away from each other instead of towards each other.
So where 15 years ago, sitting down and figuring something out was on the agenda, now the agenda is genocide.
I don’t see this ending well for anyone, but it’s also pretty clear it’s going to end a lot worse for the Palestinians.
Bobby was a good goal scorer though. He may have not been elite, but he was a reliable goal scorer.
I’ve helped a lot of people on various subreddits. Whenever I post something asking for help, I get 1-2 replies typically. Reddit is what it is. Just accept it.
I’ll give my opinion on the matter. All car companies suck. I’ve worked with Hyundai, Kia, Honda, Chevy, and now Tesla. All of them suck.
I am/was trying to pull off a last minute purchase of a Tesla last night and while it wasn’t completely their fault, their statements are baffling. They basically told me they don’t have to follow the states rules because they’re Tesla. Today, they’re kind of walking back on that statement.
I spent 2 hours on the phone with GM financial trying to buy out my lease. They add tax on. There’s no tax on EVs in my state. They couldn’t figure that out. I said “Well, reach out to someone to fix it.” They can’t. They claim to be an insulated department and I have to deal with a dealer (who wants to charge $500 fee to do the buyout) or call corporate who will maybe do something.
They all suck. They all just change the rules and do whatever and offer awful service at some point.
I should probably add, I’m too poor to deal with premium brands so maybe they’re a bit better, but I doubt it.
Ebikes are huge for developing countries or people can’t afford or are unable to buy a car.
If I didn’t have a 45mi round trip commute, I’d absolutely consider getting one.
For those who are doubting, here is the location.
People keep saying this but then they don’t sell.
Consumers want bigger and nicer.
Here’s my take: It’s a soft call. I’ll be honest, I have no fucking clue if VAR can/should go back that far in the play after a goal is scored.
What I can say is, Mac’s arm influenced his control of the ball. It happens in football. Most footballers wouldn’t call that a handball but by the definition of the law, it might be.
To me, the discussion shouldn’t be whether or not it was a handball. To me the discussion should be: Should/can the officials rewind the play that far back to disallow a goal for that?
It was very rarely spoken about, but there was no doubt that Mo and Mane had a bit of a rocky relationship.
Around 2020, Mane basically stopped celebrating goals. Even when he scored, his emotions were extremely muted. Some people thought it was due to his religion and trying to be modest, but it was fairly obvious there was more to it. You could often see Bobby trying to get Mane to celebrate goals and joke with him when he scored. The thing was, Bobby kept getting injured so he couldn’t play that role in the team as often.
In the end, if nothing else, it shows the level of professionalism within the squad and the brilliance of Klopp. Even with stuff going on in the background, none of this nonsense leaked out and the team generally speaking performed at a high level. When we had our dips, they were easy to explain and almost always down to injuries and a lack of transfers.
Still can’t figure out why Bayern couldn’t use Gravenberch. He’s not an A+++ player right now, but he’s proven to be a solid and exciting young player.
They can’t hear you. They have hundred dollar bills stuffed in their ears.
We’ve never actually looked very solid when playing 3ATB under Klopp.
He often switches at the end of a match with about 5-10 minutes left and we always look worse because of it.
Did all of the Japanese companies get together and agree not to build EVs that are any good? I mean the Leaf is okay for what it is, but beyond that, it’s as if they’re trying to fail.
