personally i dont rate vieira at the moment. I’d prefer we come out to control the match and having trossard and havertz on the field does that better imo.

not sure why you are getting downvoted. Rice is literally glueing our midfield together atm.

our tactics are good defensively though, so i credit odegaard and havertz for maintaining that shape and pressing coordination. but on the ball rice is literally kinda doing it all and we need a deep passer to put in there at times imo.

Jorginho will be another year older and even slower next season. I won’t discount his impact in the locker room because I don’t know what it is, but im fine moving on from partey and going in for another CM.
