It’s been a while but IIRC when you select track handling package you automatically get non-runflats.
If you really have to I suppose Windows client versions will work as for servers. But Windows server version is much nicer to use.
The HDD manufacturer can’t be arsed to care what MPAA thinks, nor can the MPAA compel them to do diddly squat.
