If you’re an actual PC gamer then you should know the limits of the hardware you’re purchasing.
Been like that since the sale started, and it’s not just on the Steam Deck! It freezes the store on the desktop app as well, and you can’t browse the store until you restart Steam.
It even freezes up if browsing the store on Firefox. I’m surprised they haven’t fixed it yet. Seems it might be broken the entire sale.
Not trying to be contrarian, but I personally couldn’t tell the difference in weight. Interesting that some people think it’s a huge difference.
Mine would be the improved haptics. I was surprised more reviews didn’t explain how big the difference is. It’s VERY noticeable for me. It makes the old haptics on the touch pads feel almost “mushy”. The new ones are so much more defined.
I personally can’t really feel the difference in weight. I thought I did at first but then realized it was only because I was used to having a protective grip on my original. Once I took them off and picked each of them up I couldn’t notice the difference.

First try playing with a controller undocked to make sure it’s not just your tv or the tv’s settings causing the lag. After that update the controllers firmware.
Even in the early days of PC gaming 30fps or below was quite common. I remember struggling to run Day of Defeat at 30fps on my old Compaq and I still look back on that time as my personal Golden Age of pc gaming!
