Yes, he has been terrible, especially that Copenhagen game. Many Man U fans were questioning Ten Hag’s decision to leave him out of the starting XI before that though. I think Casemiro was the more puzzling omission, but maybe that was due to him not being fit?
I’m not saying it’s Ten Hag’s fault, but it does seem like there is something going on there. Maybe I am talking out of my ass but I wouldn’t be surprised.
Casemiro and Varane mysteriously being left out of his teams for “tactical” reasons, and now they are going to leave. What do you think happened?
You really sold at the perfect time
He tripled his wage (by some accounts), and he’s playing for a club that has been a mess for most of the time he’s been there. I think it’s possible he’s not as driven as he once was along with age catching up to him as well.
What’s your point? Do you think he doesn’t realize he has to work hard? Do you think he wants to be treated any differently?
You might not care, but many won’t forget what he did.
He hadn’t even played in a month and wasn’t fully fit and Diniz said he wanted to bring him to Brazil to “assess” him and “train with the team” and he plays a full 90 last night. We saw it coming a mile away too.
I don’t remember him having a bad game either. It’s like you’re always going to get 7/10 at least from him.
So good so far. I don’t remember a bad game he’s had for us. I think he quickly became a fan favorite. Thinking about how long it took Partey to learn how to play that lone 6 role, I can’t wait to see what Rice can do once he’s even more comfortable in our system.
Games gone is gone
Antony cuts inside straight into your pocket.
I’m a Laker fan since they are my local team. Well LA has the Clippers as well, but they are like the Tottenham of LA.
Celtics are the big rivalry. The biggest rivalry in NBA history in fact, as the Lakers and Celtics met in the finals many times.
2 Ukrainians scored this weekend already. It’s Mudryk’s time.
The panel was comprised of 3 ex players/managers, 1 PGMOL official, and 1 Premier League representative. It’s pretty clear who the 2 who didn’t think it was a red were from. They are just protecting themselves as usual.
Yes it was a dangerous, arguable red. At least he’s playing the ball and playing football though. Bruno just assaults Jorginho with no intention of anything other than hurting him.
The worst part for me is that the ref on field didn’t even see it when it happened, because it was after the ball was gone. So they decided not to intervene on the reasoning that the ref’s on-field decision not to call it a foul wasn’t a clear and obvious error when he never actually made that decision (because he didn’t see it). What kind of logic is this? They missed a call, have him go look at it ffs. Why does VAR have to be so complicated in England? It’s really not like this in other countries, certainly not at this rate at least where we have 3-4 baffling decisions every matchday.
And no I’m not claiming conspiracy, just incredible incompetence.
It’s crazy to me that the ref wasn’t sent to the monitor for the Joelinton foul on Gabriel. Seems like they do it very rarely now. If you only send the ref to look when it’s clear and obvious, then what’s the point of sending the ref?
So many Manchester United fans claiming there’s some conspiracy against them and they’re getting shafted every game by refs. Just goes to show you how they really are once the 50/50 calls stop going their way seemingly every single time.
Stop the count!
