    I am going to start watching NBA I think I might like basketball from yank sports, what team you guys like~

    ETA I think Boston Celtics count as the closest to a “local” team and I’ve seen people mention them here. Looks like the next game is against Knicks, also close by so this is probably the closest to the chewsday way I will find a team

      I like basketball but no loyalty to the sport or any team. So I support whichever team plays well that season :D

      I used to be a Heat. Since he’s retired, I still follow the league keenly but I just root for my favourite players. There are some young, talent-rich squads but it’s so tough projecting how they’ll develop with all the player movement.

      If you have no other connection I’d go with the nuggets. Kse club with the best european player in the world. Probably the best player period tbh

      I’m a Laker fan since they are my local team. Well LA has the Clippers as well, but they are like the Tottenham of LA.

      Celtics are the big rivalry. The biggest rivalry in NBA history in fact, as the Lakers and Celtics met in the finals many times.
