Canada. Just got out of Packaged purgatory… Felt like forever.

A simple acknowledgment from Valve at this point would be welcomed. At least let us know what is going on. Like I can accept errors and problems with the system, just let your customers know. Just bought a $1000 piece of hardware from them.

Southern Ontario, Canada. Ordered LE at 1:34 EST. Packaged Friday, nothing since.

Had a ticket with support, basically just regurgitated the generic answer of “it’s still at our warehouse, will get email when picked up by carrier”.

A little transparency from Valve would be nice. I’d even settle for a “Sorry” honestly. What gives? Why are our packages sitting in a warehouse for a week, bad logistics? It’s kinda sad we have to settle for that answer from a multi billion dollar company that many of us have given thousands (tens of thousands) of dollars to. Seems that ordering on the day of the release was the wrong thing to do, evidently. :\

Like a record on replay, I check the status each day, hoping for a shift, a sign, or a lift. But it remains static, the same old attic, leaving me stranded in this wait’s erratic.

Your gaming wizardry, a beacon of might, but this delay’s casting a gloomy night. A fan for years, your innovations bring cheers, yet this silence stirs my fears.

Is there a glitch or a hitch in the system’s vein, holding my Deck, causing this refrain? A word, a note, a simple update would alleviate this wait’s debate.

Feeling lost in this space, will I ever find a trace of my order’s chase? Wondering if my plea will ever flee from this shipping sea.
