    I had placed a ticket with Support and got a generic response.

    Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand your concern.

    We’ve checked and confirmed your order is being processed at our warehouse. You can track the status of your order and see real time update on your order status page.

    In general, the order will be prepared in few days before shipping.

    Once the product is being shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information. It normally takes 4-8 business days for delivery. 

    Should you have further concerns or queries, please do not hesitate to get back to us.
