I already posted this over 4 hours before your post. Linking to the article makes way more sense anyways, that way people can read the information without having to open a different app to find the link.
The website definitely has a heavy bias lmao. But it’s the first one I found reporting on the lawsuit.
This is hilarious, but has anyone actually been upset? Even the “loud” very minority of people trying to say a refresh wasn’t planned makes up maybe a dozen posts out of the tens of thousands across most platforms.
There’s definitely more people complaining about the people complaining, then actual people complaining.
Mods on this sub don’t like critics. Any threads about the OLED models they don’t like they delete and tell OP to post in the mega thread. If the thread isn’t critical then they leave it up. 🤷
If you have credit on your eBay account from any of the promotions they’ve done over the years, this might be a good chance to snag a steam deck OLED LE under retail price haha. You’d have to worry about Warranty possibly depending on your region. But for a lot of regions you’ll start the Warranty when you register the device to your account as long as your the first.
Also this is great for people outside the US and Canada. Means you can get the LE without a huge mark up!
Was really hoping this would be the case for mine. Got it and without even running a full screen test I already found dead pixels while installing and playing games.
Hopefully an RMA sets it right and the next unit doesn’t have issues with the buttons or triggers/haptics that I’m seeing as other even more rare issues.
But with my luck lately 😓
