Probably the cooling and the vibration / haptic motors I’d say. I doubt SD 2 will be much lighter.
Definitely agree the Switch is less comfortable. Especially with the official Joycons. Some third party controllers do improve the experience though.
OLED is noticeably lighter even though on paper it’s only by a small margin.

Not the most comfortable thing I’ve held but I’ve had many handhelds that are worse. It’s as good as it needs to be for a long play session without getting annoying.

Backlight bleed won’t be a thing on an OLED panel fortunately.
What others have said and sadly pixels can die after it leaves quality control if the machine is subject to bumps and trauma.
