Why should something change there? They had in their way and they get everything they wanted, the World Cup and that picture with Messi.

Before Neymar Brazil was sending their 2nd squad to the Copa America and win it after wining 3-0 over Argentina. During Neymar time: Brazil become 2nd best team in South America. In his era Argentina managed to reach finals in a WC in Brazil and win a WC out of the continent. I would say that is a very big failure.
