Yep, same, somehow they manage the impossible…

Man i was so excited this morning when i woke up and i saw a email notification from parceforce, i was like “FINALLY SOME MOVEMENT, WILL I HAVE IT DELIVERED TODAY???” just to see that it was just parcelforce asnwering my question on where my parcel is to which in short it was a “we don’t know LOL!!!”.

Just got a answer from parcelforce…

"I have checked our tracking system and can confirm that your parcel hasn’t arrived into our network. If you were expecting this parcel to have arrived please contact the sender.

Until your parcel is tracked into the Parcelforce network in the UK, only the sending postal authority is able to investigate the parcels whereabouts.

If you need help with anything else please reply to this email

Idk what to say anymore tbh…, like at this point i think my steam deck might actually be lost or something, there is no way it is taking THIS long for it to arrive in the UK from Netherlands…

Congrats! Wish you the most fun with it, you deserve it from going through all this bs to get it in the first place.

Tbh at this point i think paying scalpers would’ve given me a better experience and shipping times than directly buying from valve…, like this whole situation is just getting too ridiculous, i still remember praying to get out of packaged hell to have the email from valve saying it was shipped and now i am stuck in this next mess…

Exact same time i got mine and it is also in transit since the 25th, and ofc no updates still, neither on GLS or ParcelForce. And on parcelforce i just got that it got added to the general logistics system…, not even a update saying that it is with GLS…

Ordered 16th aswell, was in packaged hell until 24th where it shipped, 25th it arrived to GLS and left the centre, since then i am just in transit hell…, no updates for tracking (not on GLS and also ParcelForce), no response from support, no nothing…

This is what i get i guess for rushing to buy it because of fear of scalpers getting them all in a Day…

Thing is, it wasn’t the courier’s fault for us not receiving them still, it’s valve which took them a whole fucking week to just fucking ship them to said couriers, ordered on the 16th 21 mins after it released and i was stuck on packaged items until the 24th which is when they fucking barely shipped it.

Yep, also checked the parcelforce tracking just to make sure maybe it was GLS not updating, but nope, still the same…

Update on my GLS, now it’s in transit : D

Mine still is in preadvice, it shipped yesterday and i am hoping to get a update soon from GLS or atleast ParcelForce as i heard people saying that their GLS didn’t get updated from preadvice but they did get a email from ParcelForce instead, so i guess i just gotta wait more than i already did since last Thursday…

Ouch, got my pre-advice yesterday from GLS, and if this is the case i might the receive it at the end of next week if it does go well

Question for people in the UK, how long did ur deck take to be handed to GLS?

It’s a coin flip really, some people receive it delivered in like 3 days, and for some others like me for example it got shipped out just today after i bought it on release day 22 mins in, it’s up to you if you want to try and hopefully get it before the 7th of December, though it is not confirmed it will, as they say 3-5 business day deliveries on their website, but what they actually mean with that is that those estimations only apply after it has left the valve warehouse, so basically like you could wait like a week or more to just to have your deck leave the warehouse and then wait a additional 3-5 days transit to actually arrive to your door in the first place.

Depends, it is all random, for example i got the steam deck oled when it first released and just now they updated my shipping status from packaged items to shipping, took em a whole week : /

Just now the tracking got updated and it works, they are saying that the package got added into the system but was not handed to GLS yet…

Oh yeah, atleast it is actually making progress now instead of just staying in a warehouse gathering dust

Boys and girls i am glad to announce that i have finally left package hell and now have a non-working GLS tracking number. I am so happy, finally progress has been made : D

Welp, update on my situation, finally support replied and i got this

Atleast i got some kind of confirmation that my order does exists and it is not lost while it is in packaged hell i guess. Still dissapointed and confused on why it is taking so long to get it shipped when i bought on Thursday (22min after release).
