My fellow no parcel force reference people,

Spoke to parcel force and they have told me there is no record of my parcel with GLS or parcel force coming to my address and advised me to speak to valve. Guess it won’t be today then.

I ordered today. I thought I’d surely get it by the end of this week since it says 3-5 working days delivery time and I’m in the Netherlands, but judging by this thread it’s going to take a while. Hope everyone gets their decks soon!

For the Ireland folks: does GLS deliver directly or do they use An Post?

Ordered on the 19th. GLS says left the parcel centre on the 24th after being handed over at 19:23 but that’s it, no movement all weekend, no details on parcelforce. Don’t expect anything to happen today.

Not sure if it was just the van my deck was on, but the live tracking map was literally an hour behind if anybody’s keeping an eye on that

UK, had the email from parcelforce for delivery today. Left gls parcel centre on 22nd at 18:24. Hope it turns up today.

Another 12 hours have pasted. How can they not be scanned into the uk. Thinking to my self the lorry as had all the stock stolen. Who knows

(UK) Officially “in transit” for over 72 hours now. Feeling pretty frustrated by it at this point.

Does anyone else tracking page for some reason say that “The parcel has left the parcel center” twice?

The second entry was like 4 hours after the first one 🤔

Nothing on mine no email no tracking on parcel force only the same 2 entires on gls. With last one saying left parcel centre on 22nd

UK here and placed my order yesterday. After reading this thread I feel like I was naive in thinking the 3-5 business day delivery lead time was accurate… Has anyone actually received their deck?

My parcel is currently with Parcelforce (UK), marked as being in the delivery depot being prepared for delivery. But here’s the catch, it’s 200miles away from me… in Preston! This entire process has been a disaster and has certainly diminished the excitement of getting the deck for me 😅

I’ve given up hope of my original order arriving in Northern Ireland and just ordered another. Hopefully my second order comes through.

Contacted steam for refund on first order.

Never been a PC gamer so i’ve spent £100 on games and another £25 on sd card in the last week, not much use without the steamdeck though 🤣

Hello everyone, tommorrow with GLS in France, it will be one week i wait my oled deck. 21/11 it has left Netherlands, after Carvin (in France) and more than three days it’s still in Uzerche.
