    Welp, update on my situation, finally support replied and i got this

    "Hi there,

    We understand your concern.

    We’ve checked and confirmed your order is being processed at our warehouse.

    You can track the status of your order and see real time update on your order status page.

    You’ll get an automatic email with tracking information once the order ships."

    Atleast i got some kind of confirmation that my order does exists and it is not lost while it is in packaged hell i guess. Still dissapointed and confused on why it is taking so long to get it shipped when i bought on Thursday (22min after release).
