If anybody has a guide they like better, please share.
My parents and grandparents always had a copy of the Farmer’s Almanac. I wonder how their recommendations will hold up with increasing climate change.
Not better sources, just additional ones that I consult: state cooperative extension services (US), The Spruce, gardeningknowhow.com, and a few YouTubers.
It would be really interesting to know how much has changed. It might help out climate change into a more relatable perspective. I think people hear “2 degrees C” and think “how could that end the world?”
I’m supposed to be planting a bunch of perennials right now. They have been sitting in their same containers from the store because I’m too depressed to plant them.
And yet they’re thriving. There’s a lesson there somewhere.
Hey I thrive when I’m left alone too ;D
All the best to you.
This site helps so much! Thanks for the link!
Glad to hear it! I’m working on collecting some resources we can link in the sidebar so I wanted to throw this one out there and see if maybe there were better ones too. Open to all suggestions!
I’d say a hardiness zone map would be a good resource.
