Hydro is expanding its public charging network, which currently has 891 charging ports at 188 sites in communities throughout the province, with 52 sites and 226 ports located in northern B.C.

The analysis said Canada’s auto plan now aligns with the world outside of the U.S., where 30 per cent of new car sales are expected to be electric this year.
