That was uh, an armored personnel carrier, an extraction team of 6 guys, screened by a perimeter security detail of about double that… and all of those guys were in full military style body armor, lots of ammo, real assault rifles, not crowd control gear.
You would unironically need RPGs, Heisenberg’s jerry rigged machine gun auto turret, ieds/landmines, and your own full military gear, and probably at least 4 other people in full military gear… to actually stand a chance at surviving just the immediate encounter, and then you’d have to somehow vanish without a trace, amd escape to a country without an extradition treaty with the US.
This is Baghdad/Mosul/Fallujah style military raid tactics and equipment… while the city of LA broadly is being occupied and pacified with similar Iraq War 2 style doctrine and equipment.
The only way you could even stand a chance at ‘resisting unlawful lethal force with lethal self defense’ is you and the gang become the Viet Cong.
