Heard it explained once that they “do not stand under the law,” therefore they “overstand” it.

      It’s obstinacy mixed with idiocy.

I believe the switch from understand to overstand has to do with feelings of sovereignty and not being “under” someone.

This is what I was trying to describe and it’s just linguistic hullabaloo. The word “understand” has absolutely nothing to do with literally standing under anything/one. It simply means to comprehend. This under/overstand distinction is borne out of ignorance and nothing more.

Legal experts on Facebook have determined that the footnote is a separate Contract and doesn’t affect the main Binding Contract.

Which error is more egregious, “Comercial” or “Unitited States”? At least the writing is legible, so credit where it’s due.

Perhaps there’s magic in the bathroom, bed, bike, cloths and food that somehow equal a value of $50,000? It’s unclear what these have to do with the towed vehicle, unless it was a motorhome.

Question - do sovcits not own printers? So many of these things they write up are hand written. Must be tiring being a sovcit.

Handwriting the magical runes is an important part of the ritual to banish the armed government agents and child support payments.

Those red squiggles that are under some words break the spell. The only things that are allowed to be in red are thumbprint and specific words written at 45°. They can’t make the red squiggles go away, so they have to write by hand

To be fair if there was any piece of mundane home technology that people have a good reason not to trust withouot thinking about any of it much, printers are probably top of the list

Well, shit we saw the going rate for them having a bathroom and “cloths.” I don’t even want to know their update fees. Probably another $600,000.

Well, everything checks out. They used black ink and remembered to capitalize the right letters, so I guess the Binding Terms of this Contract really put the sheriff in a tight spot.

It’s the lack of extraneous gold fringe tassels that really tells you something. So many times these contracts are null & void right out the gate because some goober wants to fancy it up with unnecessary gold tassels.

This contract though… this contract is surely worth its weight in gold plated fiddles.

See, what this person has figured out (that you’re all missing) is that Elon got all his wealth from writing genius contracts like this one. So did Bill Gates. So did Jeff Bezos. While you’re all poking fun at this person, they’re enjoying knowing that they’re about to be super wealthy. They’re going to be one of these names that people throw around in posts on the internet like I just did. You’ll see and then you’ll be sorry that you made fun of this person just watch.

of course it’s /s gdi and i hate that i have to say it

Sorry for multiple posts in one thread. I came to check the rules on posting here because @BonesOfTheMoon posts pretty much exclusively sovcit stuff. I wanted to share a great video, but it’s not valid cause it should be screenshots on social media. So, here it is in this thread. This has all the hits: liens, traveling, jurisdiction, fake UN ID, etc. They don’t call themselves sovcits anymore because they know that term means “crazy.” Enjoy!

Btw, I’m so relieved that cops know what this is now. A few years ago, they were genuinely confused about how to deal with these folks. But it seems like since the FBI warned that domestic terrorism is one of the primary threats to our country, police departments must have received guidance on educating officers about these nuts. I haven’t seen a video where they didn’t know what a sovcit was at all in a while.
