Depends on which 3 series and how well it’s maintained. I’d budget $1500-3000 a year for repairs and maintenance. You won’t spend that much every year but you should be able to if needed.

Do not do it, it will steal your money, social life and make you hate the car. The fact that it’s listed on Facebook Marketplace is the first red flag.
