Punish the club with the biggest penalty and let all the clubs sue them through the courts. It’ll probably end City as a club as realistically administration is highly likely if every club sued as they should.

Surely it’s like a class action lawsuit by that point (e.g. all clubs come together against City?).

Between this stuff and all the officiating/VAR issues, it just feels like the Premier League is completely asleep at the wheel. Easily the worst-run league I follow, and one of those leagues is the NFL which manages to step on its own dick so frequently with disciplinary stuff it’s like they’re actively trying.

Say what you will about the NFL (and i agree), but at least they have cameras covering both sides of each goaline. PL needs an all 22 STAT

When the hell are they going to announce the results of their “investigation” into City anyway? Is it stuck in some governmental department in a pile on some bureaucrat’s desk?

This should have been handled by now.

I hated United and Spurs but would be sad to see them gone from the Premier League.

On the other hand, if Chelsea and/or City got relegated, it would probably be the happiest day of my life and I would never get bored of laughing about it. I hope they get banished to a level where Ryan Reynolds and that guy from Always Sunny have to try and save them.
