Unfortunately, mine is still in limbo. Parcelforce have “initiated a search” for it, but I’m not holding out hope. I’ve already opened a ticket with Valve, so looks like they are going to have to send a 2nd one, and I’ll go through this all over again :( Did yours turn up?
In NI as well. Mine reached the UK on Wed 22/11 @ 10am, scanned in at the Parcelforce national hub. Nothing since. No tracking updates, no emails, nothing. Usually takes one day to get over here from the mainland, so I was expecting a Thursday delivery or Friday at the latest, but nope. I’m beginning to think it’s been “lost”.
Mine arrived in the UK on Wed 22nd - scanned in at around 10am with a status of “Your parcel has been sorted at our hub and is on its way to our delivery depot.”. Parcelforce tracking hasn’t updated since, so it’s not always next day. I am in NI though, so that may explain it (although I have had next day before with shipments from GB).
Oh super! Well thanks for the heads up. I did ask Parcelforce and they said they don’t know where it is so they are going to search for it. I’ve pretty much given up at this point, looks like Valve will be sending another one.
