Here’s probably the reason it won’t sell, would take a long time. Age, it’s hard to get a loan for, so it’s a cash buyer. Likely a cash buyer is going to want something newer and willing to pay more. The hood color shows maybe it’s been modified, so feels risky. Likely your market is a 20 year old kid that’s in the army.
