My best tip would be ignore internet lists and videos about “essential tweaks”, just install your games and play. Unless you want to install non-steam games/emulators or save battery you don’t need to tweak anything.
The only actual tip that works most of the time for me is that on super light pixel art games like WarGroove you can lock your GPU to 200mhz or 300mhz and that will save you some watts because for some reason the gpu scaling governor will prefer to stay at like 800mhz for no reason even though the gpu use is around 40%.
