That’s an entirely separate issue.
That’s an entirely separate issue.
When it comes to difficulty, it depends on how good the team in particular is.
If you’re the best team in the competition, the Premier League is easier than the Champions League. The league format means variance doesn’t have as big of an impact and so you’re less likely to fail to win the competition because of a freak result.
If you’re a somewhat weaker team, I’d say the Champions League is actually easier, even though the average quality of opposition is higher, because it’s easier to get a handful of good results against better teams than it is to outperform your level over a 38 game period.
At this point, they should just make it a rule that any player ruled out of an international with an injury is barred from playing their next club game. Would do a lot to solve these sorts of issues.
I wish it was still possible to get the Women’s away kit. That one actually looks great.
I know this is sacrilege to say but if we’re purely going by peak Rosicky is probably at the bottom.
Can his response to the charge just be “go fuck yourselves”?
Giroud has been consistently great for France. Always makes the players around him better.
Their squad is actually very small relative to other big clubs and they buy players who are willing to play slightly fewer games in exchange for a guaranteed shot at winning major trophies. They also try to get versatile players so they don’t have to have a bunch of backups rotting on the bench.
lmao Postecoglu is somehow less pragmatic than late era-Wenger. Dude will look at a game where they’re clearly losing control in midfield and their defence is getting battered and be like “I know what we need, Lo Celso and Bryan Gil”
Hasn’t Liverpool basically already answered that question? They’ve toned it down a bit recently but they were on a ~18 month cycle of playing super intense football before burning out and accumulating a load of injuries for a while.
I don’t think they’ve hit that point yet but obviously at some point you do have to be able to take the foot off the pedal a bit if you’re playing 2 games a week as the norm.
You obviously haven’t watched enough of Prime Henry. Man would literally physically bully centre backs and he was a better player technically than everyone that’s currently in our squad. Even if you came to the conclusion that he’d be better on the left you put him in over Martinelli and we 100% win the league last season.
Odegaard’s form is a bit worrying imo. Hasn’t looked right in most of the games he’s played this season.
Okay I just don’t understand handball rules
