All I’m thinking about is a major fuck up from the ref to favor somehow the bigs.

I can’t believe anyone actually believed Zaniolo could possibly become a professional player, yet here we are.
If anything that shows how desperate the current state of Italian football is.
Any self respecting intelligent individual wouldn’t spend so much time whining and complaining about a technology which was clearly introduced to fit whatever entertainment purpose it had to fit.
The comments in here are wild, mainly from people who can’t wait to talk bad about Spurs, it’s not like any team losing a key player could face some set back. Arsenal is a shit team, yet on this sub they’re stronger than early 2000 galacticos.
Increase in gambling, or gambling addiction? That’s a distinction that one needs to make in this case. I can see how they might have a point for the latter, but the former seems a bit odd.
Napoli doing everything it possibly can to convince its best player to leave.
Remind me again why didn’t he stay in East London?
It’s either an extreme drop in concentration, an esagerate complacency, or an ordinary game fix.
Maybe they didn’t want to come? I know a lot of people with parents living abroad in not so pristine conditions because they don’t want to leave their homeland, and who can blame them?
As for security maybe they thought they didn’t need it? If the mentality is the aforementioned, they surely think everybody’s their own and to be trusted.
Even tho I’m considering this so funny because it Juventus, I’m watching the rugby union final, and oh how rugby fans have it easy.
Open mic for the ref, every decision gets explained by referencing the rule, time stops in case of injury of var checks, time waisting is categorically against the rules, anything the ref and the assistants tell each other is out in the open. This kind of transparency seems light years away from how everything football is being purposely kept in the dark to the point it’s not really a conspiracy to think the level of corruption runs really deep.
Probably to show support for a player who has been internationally ridiculed for years, while at the same time never being involved in anything sketchy.
My eyes hurt from reading the comments in every thread like this.
The emotional intelligence of the average r/soccer user is not fully expanded to comment on issues involving innocent people. Just like the emotional intelligence of the average tax payer is not fully informed about everything the government of the nation they live at does. People are bond to take sides in par to whoever feels like the most oppressed group to feel better with themselves, but unfortunately this, among all the other social issues being vomited onto our war-free privileged ass, is probably the only thing people should not be taking sides because it has been decades of taking sides and losing lives.
Vicario, the Premier League’s Tim Duncan.
That save was illegal by the lad.
For what he did he certainly should do, for how clownish the entire system is he’s probably getting the same if not couple of months more.
Am I supposed to subscribe to read this article?
Is this a banana involving a black guy? In what context? Context is everything. Once I was minding my own business on my phone at work when my ex, who happened to work with me, comes over and asks what I was looking at, mind you I was thinking about dildos and looking at purses to gift her. I told her I was looking at bananas because in my mind it seemed the politest thing to say, but she throw a fit and started accusing me of being a ravaging rachist. Fast forwards three years and she is now charged with battery and assault for punching me outside a shopping centre alleging she did so because I racially abused her when in reality I was minding my own business buying supplements for bowel movements and I didn’t even see her coming.
I can as easily call any Italian paper/podcast/tv right now and say I’m the source and sell them a bridge in Brooklyn.
These information, and consequently the papers writing about it, are as reliable as a three dollar bill.
But it’s not even a dichotomy between the two, it’s just low bully behavior which shuts down any discussion done by probably kids who have no people to talk to.
It’s a shame that the most used subreddit about football is populated by keyboard bullies, and mods who don’t do their job properly and only ban/strike/warn those who disagree with the general narrative.
Disgusting bully behavior by those not promoting discussion, while only accusing other people of crying for stating an opinion which is largely shared among many.
This sub is toxic.
The fact that Belgium is fourth in front of Croatia, Spain, and Italy proves this ranking is nonsense.
