Different pricing means different segments.

Anyone with more than 2 brain cells would understand Tesla and BYD has completely different market segments. Tesla dominates mid to high end and BYD is the king in cheap EV.

No one can compete with them in their respective segments. Tesla doesn’t have cheap EV yet to go after the low end while BYD doesn’t have a comparable Model 3, Y, S, X competitor.

This is great, if you don’t want BZ4X or Leaf hogging the stalls pissing everyone off just because they pay per kWH.
