I’m a DIY but I had a reasonably good experience with Flagship One. First they shipped my PCM with the wrong VIN, but they took it back and fixed it. Prepare for a 1 month wait.
However, a programmed PCM refurb was only $194, so I would still use them again. My regular mechanic says he uses them too.
