I envy you people whose parcels are actually in transit. What I wouldn’t give for my Deck to be stuck in some ParcelForce warehouse.
But no, I’m still stuck in GLS preadvice since the 25th with the bullshit message “The parcel data was entered into the GLS IT system; the parcel was not yet handed over to GLS.”
So my Deck is just lost or forgotten in Valve’s warehouse while everybody else’s gets picked up?
I sent a support ticket to chase it up, but at this rate I’m probably getting a refund instead of the product I paid for.

I’m in the UK and having the same issue. Ordered on the 20th, given tracking number on 25th.
I sent a ticket to Steam but I expect a generic response.
