Well on the bright side they do say that if you want to return the order you have 14 days from the date when it was delivered to you and they will pay parcel fees and so on.
So at least you get to have 14 days with the device if you end up having to return/swap, etc. :)
But yeah, 3-5 business day normally means since packaging or when it lefts their storehouse. (Samsung, Apple, etc do it). It is like that because they don’t have an up-to-date figure on how many devices they have available each second :(
Well on the bright side you can print a cardboard version of the Deck and dock it in the Dock until it arrives :D Makes the waiting a bit better :D Blows my mind… really…
Nope, still not fixed… Mine was ordered on the 24th and it still hasn’t arrived yet with just the initial “in-transit” update both on GLS and ParcelForce since the 26th…
Hopefully, it will get here before Christmas :D
I got mine… after Parcelforce delivered to a completely wrong address :| I believed I will never see it. Lucky, the person who received it was very kind and delivered it to my address. There are still good people in the world, after all!
So whoever that person was BIG THANK YOU! And Parcel-Force it TERRIBLE. (I mean my postcode just lists ONE building… how can you deliver it somewhere completely wrong?!)
