1·1 year agoI could definitely tell the difference in clarity. Took a few days to really adjust but it’s worth it for me because I have a lot of light sources in my living room
UGH. I’m at work today and just checked the UPS tracker. They are claiming they made a delivery attempt. My wife was home. 3/4 of the apartments in our house are family. And fourth would sign for a package if needed or just let my family know there’s a package. I don’t understand what their “attempt” was.
It’s on its way to my local UPS access point which is literally on the same block. My wife went to check and it’s not there yet. Was told to check after 3pm. UPS says it will be ready for next business day pick up. So there’s a chance in out of luck until Monday.
Is it worth asking my dad to run the camera and report the delivery driver if there wasn’t any real attempt?
I’m expecting mine to arrive today. But this will be my second deck. I never ventured into cryo utilities or changing the vram.
I plan on installing emu deck. Redownloading my games through steam. And setting up Chiaki and Moonlight for remote streaming PS5 and my PC.

Claims requires a signature.
For reference when I ordered my first Steam Deck I ordered it on a Sunday and it arrived on a Thursday. So one day extra this time around, likely due to the holiday.
Yea I saw UPS emailed me with a delivery window for tomorrow. Claims it requires a signature but we’ll see. Can’t remember the last time I had to sign for any delivery.
Deck arrived to my local ups warehouse at 4:13am. I’ve had Amazon deliveries arrive in the same area around that time and been delivered same day. Crossing my fingers, but the UPS ETA is still Friday.

Comfortable enough. My hands or arms do fall asleep sometimes. But to be fair they do the same with. Ps5 controller so I can really blame it.
FPS do lead to right hand pain for me. I just started CyberPunk on my new OLED deck and no pain yet. But there’s a lot of cut scenes and break in action. The real test would be playing far cry again where I’m shooting all the time.
